I currently manage G-RO’s social accounts (@GROTravel on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) but am very limited in the scope of posts. I was essentially instructed to only post lifestyle or user-generated images including the bag or inspirational travel photos showcasing different destinations (mostly using stock imagery). I presently use Hootsuite (free version) to assist with managing the communities and scheduling posts. Because the company chooses not to invest in any sort of SCRM that would give us better data at this time, I manually track posts with date and time posted on each platform along with type of post and engagement levels. I analyze this data regularly and use it to attempt to identify the best times to post on each platform. Because we are an international ecommerce brand, we don't necessarily follow "standard" patterns of site traffic.
Additionally, I created and maintain a digital library of User-Generated Content shared through social media. I also ensure we have permission to share each image and saved with poster’s information to easily include credit when used.
